Overview
CHIJIU H97-A thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory equipment that integrates stirring and heating functions. It is driven by a brushless DC motor and cooperates with strong magnetic steel to provide a strong and smooth stirring effect. It has functions such as mechanical timing, automatic temperature control and stepless adjustable Heating power. It is suitable for scientific research and teaching fields such as chemical industry.
Features
1. Driven by a brushless DC motor, it runs smoothly and has a long lifespan.
2. Equipped with strong magnetic steel, strong stirring force.
3. Support stepless speed regulation, Speed range is wide (0~ 1500rpm).
4. Equipped with mechanical timing function (20 to 120 minutes).
5, with automatic temperature control function, Temperature range RT +~ 150 ℃.
6. Heating power can be adjusted steplessly within 360W.
7, Max. Capacity of stirring up to 10L.
Principle
The device drives the magnet swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the magnetic stirrer immersed in the solution to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring of the solution. The heating part heats up through the heater, and the Heating power is adjustable. When the external electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer is connected, the device can automatically turn on and off the heating circuit according to the preset temperature to realize automatic temperature control.
Applications
Chemical industry, scientific research, teaching
Steps
1. Place the equipment and beaker, put in the stirrer, turn down the knob counterclockwise, turn on the power supply and turn on the timing switch.
2. Slowly swirl/spin the speed knob clockwise, start and adjust to the desired stirring speed.
3. When heating is required, turn the button switch down, the heating indicator light is on, and adjust the Heating power through the temperature control knob.
4. If automatic temperature control is required, connect the external electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to the rear terminal of the machine and insert the liquid medicine, and set the temperature to achieve automatic temperature control. Note that the thermal inertia of the heater may affect the accuracy, and the Heating power can be appropriately lowered.
5. Pay attention to the relationship between the surface temperature of the heater and the temperature and quantity of the liquid medicine.
6. After use, unplug the power supply and clean the collection after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded.
Avoid use in humid environments.
• When using, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring.
• This equipment shall not be used as a heater alone.
