Principle
The Stirrer uses a dual temperature control mechanism for heating plate temperature and liquid temperature. When the heating plate temperature and liquid temperature are set separately, as long as one of them reaches the set value, the heating plate will automatically power off and stop heating, thus achieving accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly, turn the left and right knobs to OFF, and connect the power supply.
2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine in the middle of the heating plate and put in the stirrer. Turn the left knob (speed regulation and power switch) to ON, and slowly adjust clockwise to the required Rotation speed.
3. When heating temperature control is required, connect the Sensor to the corresponding terminal after the machine, insert the Sensor into the liquid and fix it. Turn on the right knob (heating switch) and set the temperature of the heating plate. Turn the measurement/setting transfer switch up, and the display window shows the liquid set temperature, which is adjusted through the liquid temperature knob. Then turn the transfer switch down, and the display window shows the measured temperature. At this time, the heating indicator light is on, and the heating plate starts to heat. After the liquid reaches the set temperature, the heating plate automatically stops. If there is no need to heat and only measure the temperature, adjust the liquid set temperature to lower than room temperature, turn the transfer switch down, and adjust the heating switch to ON.
4. During use, the set temperature of the heating plate should be higher than the set temperature of the liquid. The specific difference needs to be fine-tuned according to factors such as stirring amount, liquid set temperature, beaker contact area and Ambient Temperature.
5. After use, turn the left and right knobs to OFF, unplug the power supply, and clean the appearance and keep it properly after chilling down.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded.
• When using, the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring.
• The temperature of the heating plate is very high, and the power cord, thermometer lead, etc. should be kept away and do not touch.
• This machine cannot be used as a heater alone.
