Overview
This 98-1 Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor, stepless speed regulation, with strong stirring force, built-in high-power voltage regulation output, external heating device and electric contact mercury-filledthermometer (user-provided) can automatically control temperature, suitable for use under large-capacity and high-viscosity conditions.
Features
1. Driven by brushless DC motor, stable operation
2. Stepless speed regulation, stirring speed can be precisely controlled
3. With exceptional stirring power
4. Built-in high-power voltage regulation output
5. Can be external heating and electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to achieve automatic temperature control
6. Suitable for use under high-volume and high-viscosity conditions
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field driven by a brushless DC motor, which drives the swirl/spin of the stirrer in the beaker to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid medicine. The stirring speed is controlled by adjusting the speed control knob, and the heating and automatic temperature control functions are realized through an external heating device and a thermometer.
Steps
1. Place the Magnetic Stirrer smoothly, put the beaker with the liquid medicine (put in an appropriate stirrer first) in the middle of the front of the Stirrer, adjust the two knobs counterclockwise to a minimum, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light is on
2. Slowly swirl/spin the speed knob clockwise, so that the stirrer in the beaker rotates from slow to fast to stir the liquid medicine
3. When the liquid needs to be heated and stirred, connect the user's own heating device to the three-pin plug, insert it into the rear socket of the machine, put the heating device into the beaker, pay attention not to touch the stirrer, switch the back button of the machine down (heating on), adjust the temperature control knob, the voltmeter indicates the voltage of the heating device
4. If automatic temperature control is required, connect the two leads of the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to the two terminals behind the machine (the thermometer is inserted into the beaker liquid and fixed on the benchmark), and set the required temperature to automatically control the temperature
5. After use, the power supply should be unplugged, and the appearance should be cleaned and collected.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation
• When using, the liquid in the beaker should not be too full to prevent overflow when stirring
