MYP16-2 Magnetic Stirrer is an upgraded version of 98-1 Magnetic Stirrer, using three-phase brushless DC motor drive and pt100 microcomputer temperature control technology, with strong stirring force, stable motor Rotation speed, fast heating, high temperature control accuracy, and added digital display and timing function.

Principle
The device generates a swirl/spin magnetic field by driving a magnetic rotor through a three-phase brushless DC motor, which drives the stirrer in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin to realize the stirring of the liquid. The heating function is realized by an external heater, and the temperature is detected by the pt100 Sensor and fed back to the microcomputer Control system. The set temperature is achieved and maintained by precisely controlling the Heating power.

Steps
1. Preparation: Connect the self-provided heater to the special socket behind the machine, insert the pt100 Sensor (pay attention to aligning the concave and convex opening), place the container and heater, fix the Sensor on the pole and immerse it in liquid (to avoid affecting the stirrer).
2. Boot and Settings: Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch. Press the "Settings" button to enter the Rotation speed setting (the number of the right display window jumps), and use the "Up/Down" button to adjust. Press the "Settings" button again to enter the timing setting, and adjust the time in the same way (set to 0 to be irregular). Press the "Settings" button again to enter the temperature setting and adjust the heating target temperature. Press the "Settings" button again to select the temperature control mode (001 silicone oil mode or 002 water mode). Finally, press the "Settings" button to complete the setting.
3. Start operation: Press the "Stir" button to start the stirring function, Stirrer will gradually accelerate to the set Rotation speed. Press the "Heat" button to start the heating function, and the device will start heating to the set temperature.
4. Operation during operation: Press the "Settings" button during work to switch the display of the set temperature or the remaining time of the timing. Press the "Rise/Fall" button to modify the stirring Rotation speed in real time (the modified value will not be saved if it is powered down). When the stirring stops, the heating function will automatically stop.
Notice
• Power outlets and heater housings must be well grounded.
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation.
The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to prevent it from overflowing when stirring.
• Sensors should be close to the heating tube but not in contact. When using an oil bath, a double-decked magnetic stirringdevice must be used and the silicone oil must be stirred evenly.
• The special stirrer should be placed with the raised side in the middle downward.
• The heater needs to be brought by the user.
• If the equipment is over-temperature alarmed and shut down, immediately turn off the power switch and check the cause.
