Overview
CHIJIU H03-B Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity single-stirring Magnetic Stirrer, driven by brushless DC motor, with stable Rotation speed, good speed regulation performance, large rotation distance, not affected by Power supply frequency, strong magnetic force, strong structure, etc., suitable for large-capacity high viscosity stirring.
Features
1. Driven by brushless DC motor, Rotation speed is stable, speed regulation performance is good, and the rotation distance is large
2. Power supply frequency is not affected, the magnetic force is very strong
3. Sturdy structure, suitable for large-capacity high-viscosity mixing
4. Max. stirring Capacity up to 20L, stirring speed range 60~ 1500rpm
5. Motor torque 73.5mN · M, continuous working mode
Principle
The swirl/spin magnetic field is generated by the brushless DC motor, which drives the stirrer swirl/spin in the container to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid. The speed control knob can precisely control the stirring speed.
Applications
Large-capacity high-viscosity liquid stirring in laboratories, chemical industry, medicine, food, scientific research and other fields
Steps
1. Trial run: place Stirrer smoothly, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, adjust the knob clockwise, hear the motor from slow to fast running sound, the meter indicates Rotation speed, no load can exceed 1500 rpm, after the trial turn is normal, the Rotation speed is adjusted to the lowest level and then shut down
2. Use: put the container in the center of the Stirrer, put the stirrer in the center, adjust the knob to select the desired stirring speed after turning it on, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed
Notice
The power supply should be reliably grounded
• Stirrer face center φ 85mm can not concentrate to withstand large pressure
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation
• Containers need to be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, and copper and aluminum containers should not be used as much as possible
• The bottom of the container needs to be smooth and the thickness should not exceed 10mm.
