Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor to generate a strong magnetic force to drive the stirrer in the container to swirl/spin to achieve liquid stirring. The user controls the Rotation speed by adjusting the knob to gradually accelerate or decelerate to ensure a smooth stirring process.
Steps
1. Test run: place Stirrer smoothly, connect the power cord, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, adjust the knob clockwise, you can hear the motor running from slow to fast, the meter indicates Rotation speed, no load can exceed 2000 rpm, after the test turn is normal, the Rotation speed is adjusted to the lowest level and then shut down.
2. Use: Place the container in the center of the 90-1 Magnetic Stirrer and put in the stirrer, so that the stirrer is in the center, then turn it on, adjust the knob, select the required stirring speed, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed.
Notice
The power supply should be reliably grounded.
• Stirrer working face center φ 85mm can not concentrate to withstand large pressure;
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring;
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation;
• Containers need to be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, and copper and aluminum containers should not be used as much as possible. The bottom needs to be smooth and the thickness should not exceed 10mm.
