Overview
CHIJIU 90-1A Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity single-stirring Magnetic Stirrer, which is driven by a brushless DC motor. It has the characteristics of smooth Rotation speed, good speed regulation performance and large torque, and is not affected by Power supply frequency. The equipment has strong magnetic force and strong structure. It is equipped with high-power voltage regulation output. It can be automatically controlled by an external heating device and an electric contact mercury-filledthermometer, and is equipped with an electric meter to display Rotation speed and output voltage. It is suitable for large-capacity stirring.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field driven by a brushless DC motor, which makes the stirrer placed in the container swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid medicine. When heating is required, an external heater can provide heat; when automatic temperature control is required, the temperature is detected through the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer and the Heating power is automatically controlled.
Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly, put the container with the liquid medicine in the center of the Stirrer, put a stirrer in the container, adjust the knob counterclockwise to the minimum, plug in the power supply, and turn on the power switch
2. Slowly swirl/spin the speed knob clockwise to make the stirrer rotate from slow to fast to reach the required Rotation speed
3. When heating and stirring are required, connect the heating device to the three-pin plug and insert it into the rear socket of the machine, put the heating device into the container, and turn the button on and off at the back of the machine down to adjust the temperature control knob
4. When automatic temperature control is required, connect the two leads of the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to the rear terminal of the machine to set the required temperature
5. Unplug the power supply after use, clean the appearance and collect it.
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation
• Containers need to be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, and copper and aluminum containers should not be used as much as possible
• The bottom of the container needs to be smooth and the thickness should not exceed 10mm.
• Do not touch the stirrer when the heating device is placed in the container
