Overview
CHIJIU 90-1B Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity single mixing equipment, driven by a brushless DC motor, with the characteristics of smooth Rotation speed and high torque. The equipment has a digital Rotation speed display, strong magnetic force and strong structure, suitable for large-capacity mixing operations.
Features
1. Adopt brushless DC motor for smooth driving and high torque.
2, with digital display screen, can visually display real-time Rotation speed.
3. Strong magnetic force and high mixing efficiency.
4. The structure is sturdy and durable, suitable for high-volume mixing.
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field by driving the magnet swirl/spin through an internal motor. A stirrer (magnetic rotor) placed at the bottom of the container synchronizes the swirl/spin under the action of the magnetic field, thereby driving the liquid in the container to stir.
Applications
It is suitable for laboratories, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, scientific research and other fields that require large-capacity liquid stirring.
Steps
1. Trial run: place Stirrer smoothly, turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, and the digital display is "0000". Adjust the knob clockwise, you can hear the motor running sound from slow to fast, and the digital display Rotation speed. After the trial turn is normal, adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest and shut down.
2. Formal use: place the container in the center of the Stirrer, put in the stirrer and make it in the center. After turning it on, adjust the knob to select the desired stirring speed, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed.
Notice
The power supply must be reliably grounded.
• Stirrer face should not be concentrated to withstand large pressure in the area of the center φ 85mm.
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring.
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation.
• Containers should be made of non-ferromagnetic materials, and copper and aluminum containers should not be used as much as possible.
The bottom of the container should be smooth and not more than 10mm thick.
