Principle
The strong magnetic force is generated by the three-phase brushless DC motor, which drives the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to realize liquid stirring. The digital display shows the real-time Rotation speed, and the user can adjust the stirring speed as needed.
Steps
1. Test run: place Stirrer smoothly, connect the power cord, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the switch built-in indicator light is on, the digital display is "0000", adjust the knob clockwise, the digital display Rotation speed, after the test turn is normal, the Rotation speed is adjusted to the lowest level and then shut down.
2. Use: Put the container in the center of the Stirrer, put the stirrer in the center, adjust the knob to select the desired stirring speed after turning it on, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed.
3. Abnormal handling: If the stirrer is lost, it should be shut down immediately to prevent the stirrer from demagnetizing.
Notice
The power supply should be well grounded
• Stirrer face center φ 110mm can not concentrate to withstand large pressure
• The liquid in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring
• It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation
• Coefficient of Friction as much as possible, always pay attention to stirrer abrasion
• During use, always observe the display status of the Rotation speed meter. If you find that the Rotation speed is reduced, suddenly stopped or difficult to start, you should shut down immediately
• Rotation speed should not be too high, it can achieve the mixing effect
