Overview
CHIJIU H05-1 thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer (multi-station) is a four-station thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer, driven by a brushless DC motor, equipped with strong magnetic steel, and supports stepless speed regulation. The mercury-filledthermometer of the power distribution contact of the equipment can automatically control the heating temperature, and the Heating power is stepless and adjustable, and the four stations can be operated separately.

Principle
The device drives the magnet to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field through a brushless DC motor, which drives the stirrer in the beaker to rotate to achieve stirring. When heating, the heater is powered on to heat up, and the Power is adjusted through the temperature speed knob. Automatic temperature control can be achieved by using the electric contact mercury-filledthermometer: when the temperature reaches the preset value, the heating is automatically stopped, and when it falls below the preset value, the heating is automatically resumed.
Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly, put the beaker in the middle of the working plate, put in the stirrer, adjust all knobs to a minimum, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, turn on the stirring switch, and adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed
2. When heating is required, turn on the heating switch and adjust the temperature speed knob to control the Heating power
3. When automatically controlling the temperature, connect the electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer to the terminal, insert the thermometer into the liquid medicine and fix it, and automatically control the temperature after setting the temperature
4. The four workstations can be used independently without affecting each other
5. Unplug the power supply after use, and clean the collection after chilling down
