Overview
CHIJIU 524G thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer (multi-station) is a brushless DC motor-driven device with stable Rotation speed and independent use of each station. The product can set the stirring Rotation speed, heating temperature and timing time, accurate temperature control and stable performance.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor to drive the stirrer swirl/spin to achieve liquid stirring. The heating plate is used to heat the container, and the liquid temperature is monitored by a temperature sensor to achieve double automatic temperature control. Users can set the appropriate temperature difference coefficient according to the container material, stirring amount and other factors to achieve accurate temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the Stirrer smoothly, connect the power cord, connect the temperature sensor, place the beaker and stirrer, insert the temperature sensor, and turn on the power switch
2. Press the Settings key to set the required Rotation speed. When the Rotation speed is higher than 999, the decimal light indicates the displayed number × 10 times
3. Press the setting button to set the required time, and set it to "0" if no timing is required.
4. Press the setting button to set the desired liquid temperature
5. Press the setting button to set the required temperature difference coefficient. It can be set smaller for the first time and adjusted according to the actual situation.
6. Press the setting button twice to complete the setting.
7. Press the stirring button to start stirring, Stirrer runs from slow to fast to set Rotation speed
8. Press the heating button to start heating, and the red heating indicator light is on
9. Heating can only be done under stirring. Press the heating button to stop heating. Press the stirring button to stop stirring and heating at the same time.
10. Press the Settings button to view the current Rotation speed, remaining time, liquid temperature and other status
11. After stopping stirring, press the stirring button again and press the last set data to run.
12. Rotation speed can be adjusted by pressing the up or down button in working condition, and the adjustment value is not saved
13. In addition to Rotation speed, Miscellaneous data reset requires turning off the stir button first
14. An alarm will sound when the set time arrives
15. Electrode consumption is small when stopping operation, and it is not necessary to unplug the power supply for a short time
Notice
• Power sockets should be well grounded
• The beaker should not be too full to avoid overflowing when stirring
• The temperature of the heating plate is very high, and the power cord, temperature sensor lead, etc. should be kept away and not contacted
• If not used for a long time, the power supply should be unplugged
