Overview
MYP 2011-50 powerbasic stirrer is a laboratory equipment driven by a brushless DC motor and controlled by a single chip microcomputer. It has a closed-loop speed regulation function, Rotation speed is stable, and Rotation speed is displayed in real time through the LCD screen. The operation adopts swirl/spin encoder, and the standard serial core Impeller.

Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a brushless DC motor and intelligently controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. The system uses closed-loop speed regulation technology to monitor and adjust the motor Rotation speed in real time to ensure that the set Rotation speed is consistent with the actual Rotation speed, so as to achieve stable and accurate stirring.

Steps
1. Rotation speed setting: swirl/spin knob, set the desired Rotation speed (clockwise speed up, counterclockwise speed down).
2. Start/stop: After the Rotation speed is set, press the knob to start stirring, and the setting value can be stored for a long time; press the knob to stop when stirring is running.
3. Speed regulation during operation: The swirl/spin knob can modify the Rotation speed during the stirring process, the LCD screen displays the modified value in real time, and the actual Rotation speed is displayed after the knob stops swirl/spin for 1 second. This modification is not saved.
Notice
• When using, it should be accelerated slowly from slow to fast. If the straightness of the stirringrod is poor, it cannot run at high speed or a soft connection shaft fixed with a support sleeve is required.
• Do not get too close when working to avoid the danger of clothing and hair being involved.
• When stirring, prevent liquid from splashing out.
