Overview
MYP2011-150 powerbasic stirrer using brushless DC motor drive, MCU control, closed loop speed, Rotation speed stability, LCD display Rotation speed, swirl/spin encoder operation, Impeller.
Features
1. Driven by a brushless DC motor
2. Single-chip microcomputer control, closed-loop speed regulation
3. Rotation speed is stable
4, LCD display Rotation speed
5, swirl/spin encoder operation
6. Serial Core Impeller Design
Principle
Rotation speed can be adjusted stably through the closed-loop control of single-chip microcomputer driven by brushless DC motor and swirl/spin encoder.
Steps
1. Rotation speed setting: swirl/spin knob to set the desired Rotation speed (up clockwise, down counterclockwise)
2. Start and stop: After the Rotation speed is set, press the knob to start stirring, and press the knob to stop stirring when running
3. Rotation speed modification: The swirl/spin knob can be modified to set the Rotation speed during the stirring process. When the knob swirl/spin is displayed on the LCD screen to modify the Rotation speed. After stopping the swirl/spin for 1 second, the actual Rotation speed is displayed.
Notice
• Stirrer should be slowly accelerated from slow to fast when used, such as poor straightness of stirringrod, Rotation speed can not be fast or soft connection shaft and fixed with support sleeve in the middle
• Stirrer should not work too close to avoid the danger of clothing, hair, etc
• Prevent liquid from splashing when stirring
