Overview
CHIJIU JB50-S powerbasic stirrer adopts DC three-phase brushless motor drive, which has the characteristics of no spark, high efficiency, large torque and extremely small motor temperature rise. It can adapt to high viscosity liquid stirring and is equipped with Rotation speed digital display function.
Features
1. Adopt DC three-phase brushless motor, no spark, high efficiency
2. Large torque, minimal motor temperature rise
3. Adapt to high viscosity liquid stirring
4. Rotation speed digital display function
5. Speed range, 60~ 1500rpm
6. The clamping range of the chuck is φ 1.5~ 10mm, and the adjustment is flexible
Principle
Driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor, the powerbasic stirrer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, drives the stirringrod swirl/spin, and realizes stirring and mixing of liquids. Users can adjust the Rotation speed through the knob to meet different stirring needs.
Applications
Laboratory, chemical industry, medicine, food, scientific research
Steps
1. Installation: Load the column into the base and tighten it, tighten the screws, install the cross section on the column, and insert the main engine crossbar into the cross section to fix it
2. Install the stirringrod before use. The stirringrod can be directly loaded into the chuck for clamping, but the straightness of the stirringrod should be guaranteed
3. Before starting the machine, put the power switch in the off position, adjust the knob counterclockwise to the minimum, then plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch is on, and slowly adjust the knob clockwise to the required Rotation speed
Notice
• When using Stirrer, it should be accelerated slowly from slow to fast. If the straightness of the stirringrod is poor, the Rotation speed cannot be fast or the soft connecting shaft is adopted and fixed with a support sleeve in the middle.
• Stirrer, please do not get too close when working to avoid the danger of clothing, hair being involved, etc
• Prevent liquid from splashing when stirring
