Principle
The threaded scraper controls the Coat Weight through the precision-machined threaded grooves on its rod body. When in use, an appropriate amount of paint is placed on the substrate and scraped with a scraper at uniform pressure and speed. The threaded grooves will bring up and leave a specific film thickness wet-film coating, resulting in a film with uniform film thickness.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader on a flat and stable countertop.
2. Take an appropriate amount of the paint to be tested, pour it or add it dropwise to one end of the substrate.
3. Hold both ends of the threaded scraper and place it in front of the paint.
4. Apply uniform and appropriate pressure to pull the scraper in the direction of the body at a smooth speed to make the paint spread film formation.
5. After the Spreader is finished, immediately clean the scraper for the next use.
