Principle
The powerbasic stirrer is driven by a brushless DC motor and is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to realize closed-loop speed regulation. The user can set the Rotation speed, timing time and acceleration time through the setting keys. Stirrer runs automatically according to the set parameters, and reaches the set Rotation speed from slow to fast in the acceleration time.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Press the setting button, press the up or down button after the number jumps to set the Rotation speed
3. Press the setting button again to set the timing time in the same way (no timing can be set to 0)
4. Press the setting button again to set the acceleration time.
5. Press the stir button to start working after the setting is completed
6. Press the Settings button to view the current Rotation speed and remaining timing time
7. During operation, you can directly press the up or down button to adjust the Rotation speed (this Rotation speed is not saved)
Notice
• Stirrer should be slowly accelerated from slow to fast when used, such as poor straightness of stirringrod, Rotation speed can not be fast or soft connection shaft and fixed with support sleeve in the middle
• Stirrer should not work too close to avoid the danger of clothing, hair, etc
• Prevent liquid from splashing when stirring
• The acceleration time should not be too short, especially when the liquid has viscosity, large stirring amount and high stirring Rotation speed, the acceleration time is too short and it is easy to overload
• Rotation speed setting should not be too high when using for the first time
• Rotation speed adjusted during operation cannot be saved, you need to reset it for next use
