Overview
CHIJIU S312-60 constant speed Stirrer adopts three-phase AC induction motor and imported inverter speed regulation technology to ensure that the motor torque is not affected by the change of Rotation speed. The equipment is equipped with a large chassis, three columns and multi-slider structure, which has wide applicability and has the function of Rotation speed digital display.
Features
1. Using three-phase AC induction motor, the torque is stable and not affected by Rotation speed.
2. Equipped with imported inverters to achieve smooth speed regulation.
3. The structure is designed with a large chassis, three columns, and multiple sliders, making it stable and widely applicable.
4. Rotation speed digital display function, easy to observe and adjust.
Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a three-phase AC induction motor, and the imported frequency converter controls the Frequency of the motor input power supply, so as to realize stepless adjustment of the motor's Rotation speed. The frequency conversion speed regulation technology ensures that the motor can maintain a constant output torque at different Rotation speeds to adapt to the mixing requirements of liquids of different viscosities.
Applications
Laboratory mixing, Chemical mixing, Food processing mixing, Teaching experiment mixing
Steps
1. Insert the pole into the base hole and tighten the M6 setting screw.
2. Load the motor bracket into the upper slider mounting hole.
3. Put the electrical box on the top of the pole and tighten the setting screw.
4. Align the concave-convex groove, connect the motor plug with the inverter box socket and lock it.
5. Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, and adjust the required Rotation speed through the knob.
6. Release the upper slider knob to adjust the position of the motor; adjust the position of the middle slider to adjust the bottle clip; adjust the position of the lower slider to adjust the tray.
7. Insert the standard stirringrod (diameter about 6-6.5 cm) into the collet hole and tighten the collet with both hands. If the stirringrod is thin, you can add tape and then clamp it.
Notice
• The power supply must be connected to a Three hole socket with protective grounding.
• Be sure to cut off the power before plugging in or unplugging the seven-core motor.
• Stirrer should be placed on a flat workbench for use.
• Try to avoid running at the lowest Rotation speed for a long time to prevent the motor from overheating.
The indicator light does not light up after turning on the power supply. Check and replace the fuse at the bottom of the inverter according to the original specifications.
• After stirringrod clamping, you need to manually check the concentricity, and then gradually accelerate the start from slow to fast after clamping.
• The temperature rise of the motor shell is allowed to be 45 ° C, and it is normal for the shell temperature not to exceed 75 ° C in summer. If the temperature rise is too high, it may be caused by overload, so the diameter of the stirringrod fins should be reduced or the Rotation speed should be increased.
• Motor overheating is mostly due to overload, please select the appropriate stirringrod fin swirl/spin diameter according to the motor Power (60W motor recommends 4-6cm), and the fin should be appropriately reduced when the liquid viscosity is large.
