Overview
S312-250 constant speed Stirrer is a stirring equipment using three-phase AC induction motor and frequency converter speed regulation. The motor torque is not affected by Rotation speed, the temperature rise is low, and it is equipped with a large chassis and a three-column structure for stable operation.

Principle
The Stirrer controls the input Power supply frequency of the three-phase AC induction motor through the frequency converter, so as to steplessly adjust the Rotation speed of the motor. After the motor is started, drive the stirringrod swirl/spin to realize the stirring and mixing of materials.

Steps
1. Instrument installation: use bolts and nuts to fix the three columns on the chassis; install the motor bracket into the upper slider mounting hole; install the inverter box on the upper end of the long column and tighten the setting screw; align the motor plug with the inverter box socket and tighten the lock clockwise.
2. Instructions for use: Before turning on the power supply, adjust the inverter knob counterclockwise to a minimum; after turning on the power supply, press the green button to start and adjust the knob clockwise to improve the Rotation speed; the stirringrod needs to be clamped on the chuck and pay attention to coaxiality.
Notice
• The power supply must be connected to a Three hole socket with protective grounding.
Before plugging in or unplugging the motor, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• Stirrer should be placed on a flat workbench.
• Try to avoid working for a long time at the lowest Rotation speed to prevent the motor from overheating.
• If the display does not light up after power on, please check and replace the fuse at the bottom of the inverter.
• This Stirrer does not allow reverse operation.
• It is recommended to install an AC contactor or air switch in front of the power socket.
• The switch on the inverter box is a backup and is not used by this Stirrer.
