Principle
The Stirrer uses a strong magnetic force to drive the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to achieve the stirring function. Powered by a three-phase brushless DC motor, the Rotation speed is controlled by adjusting the knob, and the real-time Rotation speed is digitally displayed.
Steps
1. Installation before use: Install the console on the fuselage, pay attention to the direction, insert the aviation plug first, and then connect the console and fuselage
2. Trial run: place smoothly, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, the digital display "0000", adjust the knob clockwise to display the Rotation speed, after the trial run is normal, adjust the Rotation speed to the lowest shutdown
3. Use: Put the container in the center of the Stirrer, put the stirrer in the center, adjust the knob to select the desired stirring speed after turning it on, and gradually accelerate or decelerate when adjusting the speed
Notice
1. The power supply should be well grounded
2. Stirrer face can not be concentrated within 150mm of the center of the pressure
3. It is forbidden to put the stirrer directly on the Stirrer for trial operation; do not turn it on when the container is not filled with liquid medicine
4. When using the Glass container, you should put in the stirrer first and then place the container to avoid breaking the Glass.
5. A container with a smaller Coefficient of Friction should be used, and the abrasion of the stirrer should be observed frequently. If it is found that the Rotation speed is reduced, it is difficult to stop or start, the stirrer should be replaced immediately
6. Only short distances on smooth ground are allowed when fully loaded
7. Rotation speed should not be adjusted too high, and the stirring effect can be achieved. The higher the Rotation speed, the faster the abrasion of the stirrer
8, the container should be non-ferromagnetic material, can not be made of copper or aluminum, the bottom must be smooth, the thickness should be between 1.5-10 mm
9. If the stirrer is lost, it should be shut down immediately to prevent demagnetization
