Overview
QXP 0-50 single-channe Grindometer is a laboratory measurement instrument produced and designed by JINGKELIAN brand according to the international standard ISO1524-1983, which is suitable for fineness detection in Coating, Paints, pigment and other industries. The product is made of stainless steel and is equipped with 2 drawdown blades. The drawdown blade surface roughness is Ra0.4. Measurement range is 0~ 50 microns.
Features
1. Designed and produced in accordance with international standards ISO1524-1983
2. Stainless steel material, strong durability
3. Equipped with 2 drawdown blades, drawdown blade surface roughness up to Ra0.4
4. Measurement range 0~ 50 microns, suitable for a variety of fineness detection needs
5. High drawdown blade accuracy, blade straight line tolerance 2um
Principle
The QXP 0-50 single-channe Grindometer scrapes the sample on the scraper groove with a drawdown blade, and determines the particle fineness according to the distribution of the sample in the groove. The effective size of the groove is 140mm × 13mm, which can accurately reflect the fineness distribution of the sample.
Applications
Coatings, Paints, pigments and other industries fineness testing
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample in the scraper groove
3. Use the drawdown blade to scrape the groove evenly
4. Observe the distribution of the sample in the trench
5. Read the fineness value
Notice
• The front of the scraper can be used for daily inspection of the straightness of the drawdown blade
• Wash the drawdown blade after use, apply anti-rust oil and store it in the box
• The front of the scraper and the edge of the drawdown blade must not be bumped
• QXP0-50 single-channe Grindometer should be checked by our factory after one year of use
