Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the cup body through the double measurement head structure, real-time measurement of the relationship between anti-pressure and deformation, uses 32-bit ARM processor to calculate the stiffness data quickly and accurately, and displays the test Linear dispersion and results through Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the instrument
2. Set the relative distance between the two measurement heads on the Touchscreen
3. Place the sample on the movable stand and adjust the height to lock
4. Start the testing process with one click
5. View real-time display of pressure-deformation Linear dispersion and data
6. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically return to its original position
7. Output test results through thermal printer

• Ambient Temperature should be within 10~ 35 ℃
• Working environment relative humidity should be less than 85%
• Power supply voltage range is AC (100~ 240) V, (50/60) Hz
• The height of the paper cup is applicable from 15 to 120mm.
• Paper cup diameter applicable range is 20~ 150mm
• Measurement range is 0~ 20N to avoid over-range use
• If you need to communicate with the microcomputer, you need to purchase an RS232 interface and software separately
