Overview
TM-630 is a digital display Infrared Thermometer produced by KODIN, which has the advantages of convenience, accuracy and safety compared with traditional temperature measurement equipment. Its application range is wide, including steel, Glass, Plastic, Heating and Refrigeration, Supermarket or Food processing industries, as well as Grain Processing, Food Processing, Aquatic Product Processing, Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturers and Inspection & Quarantine Departments.
Features
1. Convenient: non-contact measurement, simple operation.
2. Accuracy: High temperature measurement accuracy, Repeatability is good.
3. Safety: remote measurement, avoid contact with high temperature or dangerous objects.
Principle
The TM-630 Infrared Thermometer works on the principle of infrared radiation. All objects emit infrared energy, the intensity of which is related to the surface temperature of the object. The instrument receives the infrared radiation emitted by the target object through the thermopile Sensor (Response wavelength 5~ 14 μm), converts it into an electrical signal, and displays the temperature value directly on the digital display screen after processing.
Applications
Steel industry, Glass industry, Plastic industry, Heating and ventilating, Supermarket, Food processing enterprises, Grain processing, Food processing, Aquatic products processing, Alcoholic beverage production enterprises, Inspection & Quarantine departments
Steps
1. Make sure that the instrument power supply (9V battery) is installed and fully charged.
2. Point the instrument at the target object to be measured.
3. Keep the distance between the instrument and the target in line with the 8:1 object distance ratio requirement.
4. Press the measurement button to measure the temperature.
5. Read the temperature value displayed on the display.
Notice
• Make sure that the target object fills the instrument's field of view during measurement to obtain an accurate reading.
• The instrument has a default emissivity of 0.95 and is suitable for most organic materials and paints or oxidation surfaces. Miscellaneous material measurement may require adjustment of emissivity.
• Avoid measurement of strongly reflective surfaces (such as bright metals), which may result in inaccurate readings.
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 0~ 50 ℃, storage temperature is -10~ 60 ℃, do not use or store in an environment beyond the range.
• Do not aim the laser pointer directly at the eye or observe the laser through the opticalin strument.
• Battery life is about 16 hours, please replace it in time when the power is insufficient to ensure Measurement accuracy.
