Overview
The UVAB-513 UV luminometer is a small and flexible measuring instrument that is easy to operate with one hand. The design of the Probe is separated from the host to improve the convenience of use. The instrument has an automatic memory function and can store up to 20 sets of data for subsequent data processing and analysis. It is suitable for accurate measurement of UV irradiance in various fields such as UV sterilization, physiotherapy, Fluorscence analysis, UV lithography, water treatment and breeding.

Principle
The UVAB-513 ultraviolet luminometer receives ultraviolet radiation through its Probe with a Light spectrum Response range of 280~ 400nm, and calibrates at the correction point 365nm, converts the received optical signal into an electrical signal, and after processing by the internal circuit, reads the current ultraviolet irradiance value directly on the display screen in digital form. The unit automatically switches to μW/cm ² or mW/cm ² according to the illumination level.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Align the split Probe to the UV light source to be tested.
The instrument will automatically take quick sampling (approximately 0.3 seconds) and display the current irradiance value.
4. If you need to record data, you can use the automatic memory function to store it.
5. Turn off the power after the measurement is completed.
Notice
* Please ensure that the instrument is used within the Operating temperature range of 0~ 50 ° C.
* When "-HI-" is displayed, the Measured value is out of range, do not continue measurement.
* Please use the specified 9V battery (models such as 006P, IEC6F22, NEDA16104), and note that Battery life is about 16 hours.
* The instrument should be stored in a drying, non-corrosion gas environment.
