Overview
The KODIN LX-101 White luminometer is a High Accuracy Portable measuring instrument with a unique Sensor design. It features wide range, fast Response and clear display for illuminance measurement in a variety of lighting environments.
Features
1. The Sensor uses a unique photographic diode and Color Correction Filter, which meets the C.I.E. Photo Spectrum Standard.
2. Sensor CMOS correction factor to meet standard requirements.
3. Separate luminance Sensor, allowing users to flexibly select Measuring location.
4. Accurate and convenient reading display, with a wide range.
5. Measurement accuracy is high.
6. Built-in low battery indicator.
7. Application of large scale integrated circuits (LSI), Reliability and durability are high.
8, compact, light weight, easy to operate.
9. LCD display with clear readings.
Principle
The instrument receives rays of light through a separate luminance Sensor core, which uses a unique photographic diode and Color Correction filter to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal. The signal is processed by a large scale integrated circuit (LSI) and calibrated according to the CMOS correction factor, and finally displayed clearly on the LCD display as the illuminance value (Lux).
Applications
Lighting engineering, building lighting, environment monitoring, industrial testing, scientific research and teaching
Standards
C.I.E. Photo Spectrum
Steps
1. Place the Separate Sensor in the location to be tested.
2. Turn on the instrument power supply.
3. Depending on the light intensity, the instrument may be automatically or manually switched to the appropriate range (0-2000 Lux, 2000-20000 Lux, 20000-50000 Lux).
4. After waiting for the reading to stabilize, read the illuminance value from the LCD display.
5. Turn off the power after use.
Notice
• Measurement accuracy conditions are: use standard parallel light tungsten lamp, Color temperature 2856K.
• Ambient Temperature 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity should be less than 80% RH.
• Pay attention to the battery level indicator and replace the battery in time to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid severe impact or contamination of the Sensor.
Do not use in an environment beyond the specified range to avoid damage to the instrument.
