Overview
JSF-450 Mixing Sand Mill Disperser is a multi-purpose experimental equipment that integrates grinding, dispersing and stirring functions, suitable for factories, workshops and laboratories. The machine adopts an electronic speed control circuit, controls and directly displays the Rotation speed through a governor, and is equipped with a variety of sand grinding blades and Disperser Impeller to meet different test needs.

Principle
This machine drives the rotating shaft through the motor to drive the grinding blades or Disperser Impeller to swirl/spin at high speed. The user controls the Rotation speed of the motor through the electronic governor, and the numbers on the governor directly display the current Rotation speed of the rotating shaft, so as to realize the processing process of stirring, dispersing or sanding the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate sand grinding blade disc or Disperser Impeller according to the test requirements and install it.
2. Put the material to be processed into the Mixing Tank.
3. Adjust the impeller or grinding disc to the appropriate height through the manual lifting device.
4. Turn on the power supply, set and start the machine through the governor of the governor box.
5. Observe the Rotation speed display on the governor and adjust it to the required Rotation speed according to the process requirements.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (220V AC 50Hz) matches the local power grid before operation.
• Please control the amount of material reasonably according to the Processing capacity (0~ 2L), and do not overload the operation.
• Please operate smoothly when adjusting the speed, and pay attention to the Speed range (0~ 8000rpm).
• Pay attention to Travel (280mm) when lifting manually to avoid collisions.
• Clean the impeller, grinding tray and Mixing Tank in time after use.
• The equipment is heavy (shipment weight 40kg), please pay attention to safety when moving.
