Principle
The instrument controls the stepper motor to run accurately and smoothly according to the set Rotation speed, and drives the rotor to rotate through the hairspring. When the rotor is not subject to resistance, the rotor and the motor swirl/spin synchronously; when the rotor is subject to the measured liquid resistance, the rotor swirl/spin lags behind the motor. When the hairspring tension and the liquid resistance reach equilibrate, the rotor lags behind the motor's opening angle and is fixed. Through the measurement of the opening angle, according to the set Rotation speed and rotor, the instrument calculates the measured liquid viscosity and displays it on the LCD screen.
