Principle
The JZ-300 universal color difference meter uses a 45/0 illumination light receiving system to analyze the color difference between the measurement sample and the standard. The color difference calculation formula is: Delta E *= [ (Delta L *) 2 + (Delta a *) 2 + (Delta b *) 2] 1/2, where Delta L * represents the luminance difference (+ white, - dark), Delta a * represents the red-green color difference (+ reddish, - green), and Delta b * represents the yellow-blue color difference (+ yellowish, - bluish).
