Principle
The KINGWELL JZ-600 high-precision color difference meter uses an 8 °/d Optical inspection geometry with SCI and SCE simultaneous test modes to capture color data through a silicon photodiode array Sensor system. The instrument utilizes a high-diffuse coating integrating sphere and a variety of standard Available Light Sources (D65, D50, C, F11, etc.), at a CIE 2 °/10 ° viewing angle, through chroma space (L * a * b, L * c * h, Yxy, RGB) and Color difference formula (Delta E * ab, Delta E * ch) for accurate color analysis and comparison.

Steps
1. Use a black and white correction board for instrument calibration
2. Select the appropriate measurement aperture (φ 8mm)
3. Align the instrument to the surface of the sample to be tested
4. Press the measurement button to get the color data
5. Connect to the computer via USB interface and use standard software for Data analysis
6. View the color difference value, chromatic value, color space diagram and other display results
7. Conduct pass/fail determination and color scheme analysis

• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept at 0-40 ℃, relative humidity below 80%, no frost
Storage Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10-30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%
• Regularly calibrate instruments using standard black and white calibration plates
• Ensure that the sample surface is clean and free of contamination before measurement
• Powered by a dedicated 3200mAh lithium battery or AC adapter
• Avoid severe vibration or impact on the instrument
• When not in use for a long time, it should be properly stored in a drying environment
