Overview
KINGWELL JZ-610 high-precision color difference meter is an instrument specially used to detect color difference on the surface of the measured object such as irregular or curved surface. It is equipped with a 4mm small aperture measurement port. The instrument has 2 ° and 10 ° observation angles, four Illuminants and four chroma spaces, and the integrating sphere structure coating reaches 96% to ensure accurate measurement data. The product is developed in accordance with CIE1931, 1974 and other international and national standards. It adopts German high Sensitivity Sensor and Illuminant. It has the characteristics of long life, cheap maintenance and stable performance. It is suitable for color quality control and research.
Features
1. Implement international color standards to meet the needs of color data exchange in different industries
2. Professional Streamlined Appearance Design, in line with human mechanics, easy to operate
3. Size aperture measurement switch, optimize different aperture measurement data
4. Large capacity 3200mAh lithium battery, safe and convenient, supports long-term measurement
5. Small aperture design can measure narrow surfaces and curved surfaces, solving the problem that China color difference meter cannot measure special-shaped surfaces
6. Adopt German High Sensitivity Sensor and Illuminant, with more than 96% high diffusion coating integrating sphere structure, superior measurement data
7. Auxiliary accessories support the measurement of large textured items, powders and slurry objects
8. Standard computer software for detailed color data exchange
Principle
The KINGWELL JZ-610 high-precision color difference meter adopts an 8 °/d Optical inspection geometry, is equipped with a silicon photodiode array Sensor and a variety of Measurement light sources (such as D65, D50, C, F11), and realizes accurate color measurement through integrating sphere structure and high diffuse coatings. The instrument is based on CIE1931, 1974 and other international standards to calculate color difference values, chromatic values and other parameters, and supports a variety of chroma spaces and Color difference formulas to ensure data accuracy and Reliability.
Applications
Curved, Paste, Powder, Spinning & weaving, Plastic, Hardware, lame plating, printing
Steps
1. Use a black and white correction board for instrument calibration
Select measurement aperture (such as 4mm small aperture) and viewing angle (2 ° or 10 °)
3. Set Illuminant and chroma space as needed
4. Align the instrument to the surface of the measured object for measurement
5. View color difference value, chromatic value and other data through display mode
6. Use USB interface to connect to the computer, Data analysis and communication through standard software
Notice
• Operating environment should be kept at 0-40 ℃, relative humidity below 80%, no frost
Storage environment is recommended to be 10-30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%
Make sure the battery is fully charged before use to avoid long measurement interruptions
• Regularly clean the measurement port and calibration plate to prevent pollution from affecting the accuracy of the data
• Avoid use in bright light or extreme environments to ensure measurement Stability
