Principle
In the planetary ball mill, the four ball mill tanks placed on the planetary disk perform reverse high-speed swirl/spin under the high-speed swirl/spin of the planetary disk, and the planetary disk and the ball mill tank as a whole are rolled 360 ° under the power of the motor. During this continuous change of orientation, more intense and uniform friction and impact energy are generated between the material and the ground ball, so that the material in the ball mill tank can be fully crushed, mixed and homogenized.

Steps
1. Set parameters such as grinding time, pause time, and intermittent operation time;
2. Select the function mode (such as running, pausing, reverse running, alternating positive and negative running, intermittent running);
3. Adjust the planetary disk roll speed and ball mill tank swirl/spin speed;
4. Start the equipment for grinding;
5. Equipment runs automatically and stores data.
6. Remove the sample after the grinding is completed.

The maximum feed size should be less than 20mm.
