Overview
The TENCAN Powder XQM-4 Vertical Planetary Ball mill is a compact, fully functional, highly efficient, and low-noise device. It is ideal for R & D institutions, institutions of higher learning, and corporate laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples per experiment at the same time), and can be ground in a vacuum state by equipping a vacuum ball mill tank.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. Through the rotation of the planetary disk, the ball mill tank is driven to rotate both around the main axis and around its own axis. This compound motion causes the grinding ball to generate strong impact and friction in the tank, thus efficiently grinding and mixing samples.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the sample requirements.
2. Load the sample and grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the sample loading does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Secure the ball mill tank to the equipment safely and reliably using the mill tank pressing device.
4. Set the total running time (1~ 9999 minutes) and the alternating running time (1~ 999 minutes) through the device control panel.
5. Set the required revolution speed (35~ 335rpm) and rotation speed (70~ 670rpm).
6. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
7. After running, remove the ball mill tank and separate the sample from the grinding ball.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
* Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
When the equipment is running, please ensure that the grinding tank pressing device is locked and safe.
* Please select the appropriate ball mill material and grinding ball specification according to the material characteristics.
Do not open the protective cover or perform Miscellaneous operations while the equipment is in operation.
Regularly check the transmission components of the equipment to ensure smooth operation.
