Overview
The TENCAN Powder XQM-2 Vertical Planetary Ball mill is a compact, fully functional, efficient and low-noise device. Designed for R & D institutions, institutions of higher learning and corporate laboratories, it can process four samples simultaneously, making it ideal for obtaining research samples and supporting sample grinding in a vacuum state with a vacuum ball mill tank.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. Through the combined motion of revolution and rotation, the grinding ball generates strong impact and friction in the ball mill tank, so as to achieve fine grinding of materials.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (specification 50~ 500ml) and grinding ball according to the sample requirements.
2. Load the material into the ball milling tank, and the loading amount shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball milling tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the equipment station and fix it with a pressing device to ensure safety and reliability.
4. Set the total running time (1~ 9999min) and the alternating running time (1~ 999min) through the equipment control panel.
5. Set the revolution speed (35~ 335rpm) and rotation speed (70~ 670rpm).
6. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
7. After running, close the equipment, remove the ball mill tank and obtain the ground sample.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
• Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The noise level during equipment operation is approximately ≤ 60 +/- 5dB.
• Make sure that the ball mill tank is firmly installed and the pressing device is in place before starting the equipment.
The weight of the equipment is 93kg, and attention should be paid to safety when moving and installing.
• Vacuum ball milling tank can be used for grinding operation in vacuum state.
