Overview
The TENCAN Powder XQM-6 Vertical Planetary Ball mill is a compact, fully functional, highly efficient and low-noise device. It is suitable for R & D institutions, universities and corporate laboratories. It can process four samples simultaneously to obtain research samples, and can be used to grind samples in a vacuum state by equipping a vacuum ball mill tank.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. Through the combined motion of revolution and rotation, the grinding ball generates strong impact and friction in the ball mill tank, so as to achieve fine grinding of materials.

Steps
1. Select and install a suitable ball milling tank according to requirements (specifications can be 1 to 1.5L or 50 to 1000ml).
2. Load the material to be ground into the ball mill tank, and the sample loading does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Set the total running time (1~ 9999min) and the alternating running time (1~ 999min) through the equipment control panel.
4. According to the needs, set the rotation speed of revolution (35~ 335rpm) and rotation (70~ 670rpm) through the frequency conversion speed regulation function.
5. Start the equipment, and two or four ball milling tanks can work simultaneously.
6. After the run, take out the ground sample.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
* Feed particle size must meet the requirements: soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The operating noise level of the equipment is approximately ≤ 65 +/- 5dB.
* Equipment weight is 93kg, handling and placement should be paid attention to.
* Power frequency is 220V-50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
* Can be equipped with a variety of ball milling tank specifications, please choose the appropriate tank according to the processing capacity (maximum 6L) and sample requirements.
