Overview
The TENCAN Powder XQM-10 Vertical Planetary Ball mill is a compact, fully functional, efficient and low noise device. Designed for R & D institutions, institutions of higher learning and corporate laboratories, it can process four samples simultaneously, making it ideal for obtaining research samples and supporting sample grinding in a vacuum state with a vacuum ball mill tank.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. Through the combined movement of revolution and rotation, the grinding ball generates strong impact and friction in the ball mill tank, so as to realize the fine grinding of the material. Its transmission mode is gear transmission, which adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, which can precisely control the rotation speed of revolution and rotation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank (size 1~ 2.5L) according to requirements and install it.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Use the mill tank pressing device to secure the ball mill tank safely and reliably.
4. Set the total running time (1~ 9999min) and the alternating running time (1~ 999min) through the equipment control panel.
Set the revolution speed (35~ 290rpm) and rotation speed (70~ 580rpm).
6. Start the equipment, and two or four ball milling tanks can work simultaneously.
7. After the run, remove the sample.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
* Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
The operating noise level of the equipment is approximately ≤ 60 +/- 5dB.
* Equipment weight is 150kg, handling and placement should pay attention to safety.
* Power frequency is 220V-50HZ before use.
* Can be equipped with ball mill tank specifications of 1~ 2.5L, Number of stations is 4.
* The minimum discharge particle size can reach 0.1μm.
