Overview
TENCAN Powder XQM-40 Vertical Planetary Ball mill is a small, fully functional, high efficiency, low noise equipment, suitable for R & D institutions, institutions of higher learning, corporate laboratories to obtain research samples, each experiment can obtain four samples at the same time. The equipment can be equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank to grind samples in a vacuum state.

Principle
The equipment is a planetary Ball mill. When working, the ball mill tank rotates at the same time as the revolution. Through the strong centrifugal force generated by this compound movement, the grinding ball in the tank impacts and rubs the material, so as to realize the fine grinding of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ball milling tank and grinding ball according to the material characteristics.
2. Load the material and the grinding ball into the ball mill tank, and the loading amount does not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the ball mill tank.
3. Install the ball mill tank on the equipment station and fix it with a pressing device.
4. Set the total running time, the alternating running time and the revolution/rotation speed.
5. Start the equipment and start the grinding process.
6. After running, take out the ball mill tank and separate the material from the grinding ball.
Notice
The maximum sample loading shall not exceed two-thirds of the volume of the milling tank.
* Feed particle size requirements: Soil material ≤ 10mm, Miscellaneous material ≤ 3mm.
* When the equipment is running, please ensure that the surrounding environment is safe and avoid close to swirling/spinning parts.
* Regularly check all parts of the equipment to ensure that the fasteners are not loose.
* Power supply according to the rated frequency of the device (380V-50HZ).
