KINGWELL JZ-630 high-precision color difference meter is a large-diameter color difference meter of KINGWELL 600 series precision color difference meters. The measurement diameter is 14mm. It is suitable for measuring Color color difference and controlling product mass of objects with obvious texture, point or particle sense on the surface. The product is developed according to CIE1931, 1974 and other international standards and relevant national standards. It adopts German high Sensitivity Sensor and Illuminant, which has the characteristics of long life, cheap maintenance and stable performance.

Principle
The product adopts 8/d Optical inspection geometry, with SCI and SCE synchronous test mode, Color measurement is carried out through silicon photodiode array Sensor and various Measurement light sources (D65, D50, C, F11, etc.) to ensure stable and accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Use a black and white correction board for calibration
2. Select measurement aperture and Measurement mode
3. Align the measured object for measurement
4. Connect to the computer through the USB interface and use color software to analyze the data
5. View color difference value, chromatic value, color space diagram and other measurement results
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be 0-40 ℃, relative humidity below 80%, no frost
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be 10-30 ℃, relative humidity below 70%
• Regularly use the standard calibration board for instrument calibration
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
• Clean measurement caliber in time after use
• Please remove the battery when not in use for a long time
