Overview
The "DECO-PM-8 * 10L" can mill Ball mill (also known as rolling jar machine) is a horizontal tank grinding ball mill equipment that can be used at the same time with up to 8 ball milling tanks with a volume of 10L. The equipment is designed with six chrome-plated optical axes, with adjustable spacing between the optical axis and the rubber roller. It is suitable for a variety of volume ball milling tanks, and uses Dedong brand motors and Delixi brand frequency conversion systems. It is suitable for powder production in the chemical, materials, metallurgy, Pottery and porcelain, Glass and other industries, as well as sample development in universities and R & D institutions.
Features
1. 8 10L ball milling cans can be placed for simultaneous use, with a large processing capacity.
2. Suitable for ball milling tanks of different sizes 0.5-10 L.
3. It can be equipped with ball milling tanks of 10 different materials such as stainless steel, nylon, corundum, polyurethane, and polytetrafluoroethylene.
4. With speed regulation, direction change, timing grinding function.
5. Ensure the uniformity, conformity and repeability of the discharge.
6. Equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank, it can be filled with different gases to achieve metal alloying.
Principle
Ball mill is equipped with six rotating shafts, two of which are driven by electric motors to roll at high speed. The polyurethane rubber roller interspersed on the rotating shaft has good friction, heat resistance and Abrasion Resistance. The ball mill can placed on the rubber roller rolls at high speed, and the material in the tank and the grinding ball generate huge energy under the combined action of gravity, friction and impact force, so as to achieve the effect of crushing, mixing and homogenization of the material.
