Overview
JINGKELIAN NK-2 Iwata Cup is a viscosity cup designed according to the Japanese I15 standard. It is mainly used for rapid measurement of the viscosity of coatings to be lame plating on construction sites. The applicable viscosity range is 0~ 370cst. NK-2 Iwata Cup can be widely used in electronic products, plastics, Coatings and other industries.

Principle
The NK-2 Iwata Cup calculates liquid viscosity by measuring the time it takes for a specific volume of liquid to flow out of a standard aperture. Coating viscosity can be quickly evaluated by measuring the flow time.

Steps
1. Dip the dip cup into the fluid so that the upper edge of the flow cup is lower than the horizontal surface of the liquid
2. Lift the cup vertically and press the stopwatch at the same time
3. Press stopwatch when the first break occurs in the outflow line
4. To evaluate, three consecutive measurements must be made
5. The average of three measurements as the outflow time of the liquid

• Make sure the cup is clean and drying before measurement
• Keep the cup vertical during operation
• Ambient Temperature measurement should be kept stable
• Averaging three consecutive measurements to improve accuracy
• Wash the cup in time after use to prevent residue
