KINGWELL JZ-650 high-precision color difference meter is a multi-functional color difference meter with dual measurement calibers. The measurement caliber is 4mm and 8mm, and the appropriate measurement caliber can be selected according to the actual measurement situation. The instrument adopts large-capacity lithium battery, energy saving and environmental protection, the shape design is ergonomic, and adopts high-quality Sensor. Developed according to CIE1931, 1974 and other international standards and relevant national standards, it adopts German high Sensitivity Sensor and Illuminant, which has the characteristics of long life, cheap maintenance and stable performance.

Principle
The JZ-650 high-precision color difference meter adopts an 8 °/d Optical inspection geometry with SCI and SCE simultaneous test modes. The instrument uses a silicon photodiode array Sensor to calculate the chromatic value by measuring the reflection of light on the surface of the object. It supports a variety of chroma space and Color difference formula calculations.

Steps
1. Use a black and white correction board for instrument calibration
2. Choose the appropriate measurement diameter (4mm or 8mm) according to the measured object
3. Align the instrument to the surface of the measured object for measurement
4. View measurement results through the display
5. Use the USB interface to connect to the computer and perform Data analysis through color software
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should be kept below 80% without frost
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be within 10-30 ℃
Storage environment relative humidity should be kept below 70%
• Regularly use the calibration plate to calibrate the instrument
• Choose the appropriate measurement caliber according to the characteristics of the measured object
