Overview
TENCAN Powder GQM-2-15 Two-station Ball mill (also known as rolling jar machine) is an ultra-fine grinding and mixing equipment suitable for laboratory and small batch production. The equipment is compact in structure, easy to operate, high in work efficiency, and can achieve uniform grinding particle size. It is the preferred equipment for scientific research, teaching, testing and production. Its appearance is novel, and it adopts a professional structure design. The tank body is driven by rubber rollers to achieve good rotation, so that the grinding medium forms a tilting motion to disperse the material efficiently.

Principle
When the tank mill works, the grinding medium and material in the cylinder are lifted to a certain height with the rotation of the cylinder, and then fall off the cylinder wall along the parabola due to gravity. The material is crushed under the impact of the grinding medium and the friction and shear caused by the rolling and sliding of the grinding medium.

• The maximum load of a single can is 80KG, please do not overload it.
• The main roller speed range is 40~ 340rpm +/- 10, please operate within the specified range.
