Overview
The JINGKELIAN AFA-II Automatic Film Applicator is a device with a built-in vacuum pump, no external vacuum pump is required, and it is easy to handle. The device precisely controls the film process through a stepless speed regulating motor, and uses a crossbar to push the Film Applicator to produce a uniform coating. There is a stainless steel scrap collection tray on the left side of the base to collect excess Coatings and keep the work area clean.

Principle
The AFA-II Automatic Film Applicator uses a stepless motor to drive the crossbar to push the Film Applicator for film operation. The built-in vacuum pump provides the necessary adsorption function to ensure the Stability and uniformity of the film process.

Steps
1. Preparation of Coatings and Substrates
2. Adjust the "application length" knob to set the required application length
3. Start the equipment and control the film speed through stepless speed regulation
4. After the automatic film is completed, collect the excess Coating to the waste tray
5. Clean equipment and keep the work area clean
