Overview
QFD film adhesion tester is JINGKELIAN brand electric Benchtop adhesion testing equipment, using the circular trajectory method to determine the film adhesion performance. Through the integrity of the film within the scratch range of the circular roller line, the adhesion of the film to the substrate was evaluated according to seven grades.
Features
1. Electric operation, tracing diameter 0~ 10.5mm
2. Working Travel ≥ 80mm
3. Equipped with a variety of Nominal Mass: 100g, 500g, 200g, 200g
4. Tracing pitch 1.5mm
5. The effective area of the worktable is 100 * 50mm
6. Rotation speed 80rpm
7. Steel plate material structure is sturdy and durable
Principle
This tester is tested by the circular trajectory method, and the adhesion is evaluated according to seven grades according to the integrity of the paint film within the scratch range of the circular roller line. Check the seven parts on the upper side of the scratch, if a part of the grid is more than 70% intact, it is determined to be in good condition, otherwise it is considered damaged. Check in sequence from part 1 to part 7, first grade is the best adhesion, and seventh grade is the worst.
Applications
Coating adhesion testing, paints adhesion testing, Adhesive adhesion testing
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the workbench
2. Choose the Right Nominal Mass
3. Start the motor for round track test
4. Check the integrity of the paint film on the seven parts of the scratch
5. Assess the status of each part according to the 70% intact standard
6. Determine the adhesion grade (grades 1-7) according to the damaged part
Notice
• Ensure that the specimen is firmly fixed on the bench before testing
• Select the appropriate Nominal Mass according to the test requirements
• When checking, scratch the upper side as the target area
• The evaluation standard is that more than 70% of the paint film in each part is intact
• Pay attention to the working status of the equipment travel limit control device
• Regularly check transmission components and electrical Control system
