Overview
JINGKELIAN QHZ film scratch test instrument uses scratch experiment method to test the surface Hardness performance of paint film. It is an electric Dial hardness tester with compact structure design and scratch length up to 60mm. The instrument characterizes the physical characteristics of coating strength, Hardness, adhesion and so on by the anti-penetration ability of paint film sample coatings when scratched by the scribe. It is a special equipment for implementing GB9279-88.

Principle
The JINGKELIAN QHZ film scratch test instrument is mainly composed of a scribing frame and a workbench, and the scribing pin acts vertically on the film sample. After the power is turned on, the workbench moves, and the scribing pin touches the sample in the experimental Travel, and the scribing pin is lifted without touching the sample in the return Travel. By changing the Nominal Mass, the minimum Nominal Mass required to scratch the paint film is measured to judge the scratch resistance value of the film.

Steps
1. Turn on the power, the red indicator light is on to indicate that the power is turned on.
2. Put the return switch in the experimental state, and move the workbench from right to left
3. Scribing Needle in Contact with Template in Experiment Travel
4. The return switch is dialed back to the return state, the worktable is moved from left to right, and the scribe is lifted.
5. Change the Nominal Mass on the scribe holder
6. Measure the Minimum Nominal Mass Required to Scratch the Film
Notice
The template can be moved horizontally or vertically, the lateral movement can be maneuvered or manual, and the vertical movement is manual
• Return to Travel Scribing needle is lifted without touching the sample
• Make sure the instrument is in a safe state when changing Nominal Mass
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use
• The angle between the scribing needle and the test sample should be kept at 10~ 15 °
