QGZ-6 12 24 Drying time Recorder is a new type of instrument for measuring Coating drying time of JINGKELIAN brand. The instrument can automatically and continuously display the state of each stage of the drying process in the form of drawing circular trajectories on the films formed by various Coatings, and intuitively analyze and observe the time used in each stage. It is a satisfactory instrument for Coating detection and formulation research.

Principle
The measuring instrument is placed on a well-prepared film test board. After turning on the power supply, the synchronous motor drives the rotating arm equipped with the scribe needle (the rotating arm is in a free falling state) to rotate at a uniform speed through the connecting shaft. The scribe needle draws a circular track with a diameter of 100mm on the film. As the film gradually dries over time, the plow marks on the film of the scribe needle become narrower and shallower from width to depth until no traces can be drawn at the end, thus showing the whole process of drying.

Steps
1. Prepare the test board: Glass plate (200 * 200 * 2~ 3) or smooth tinplate (200 * 200 * 0.2~ 0.3) or agreed test board material
2. Set up the test environment: according to the requirements of GB1727-79, the coated test plate is placed horizontally, avoiding airflow and direct sunlight, at a temperature of 25 +/- 1 ° C and a relative humidity of 65 +/- 5% for drying test or according to other agreed conditions for drying test
3. Placement Tester: Drying time Recorder the paint film placed on the prepared film test plate
4. Power on: Power on and synchronous motor
5. Select the track period: choose the rotation speed of one week/6 hours, one week/12 hours or one week/24 hours as needed
