Overview
JINGKELIAN QBB-50 Coating Specific Gravity Cup is a 50 ml capacity product manufactured according to the national standard GB/T6750-86 "Coating Specific Gravity Cup" and combined with actual production. It is suitable for measuring the specific gravity of various coatings, auxiliary materials and oils and other liquids.
Features
1.Comply with national standard GB/T6750-86 and ISO 2811-74
2. Made of stainless steel
3. Precise 50ml volume design
Principle
Calculate the specific gravity of the sample by measuring the weight of the empty cup and the weight difference after filling the sample. The cup body adopts a sealing design, which can ensure the Measurement accuracy by adjusting the internal pressure.
Applications
Coatings, auxiliary materials, oils and liquids
Standards
GB/T6750-86、ISO2811-74
Steps
1. Weigh the completely clean and drying cup (all components) and note the weight
2. Loosen handle A counterclockwise and remove the pressure relief housing
3. Remove the pressure relief cap B
4. Loosen the piston C by loosening the handle D counterclockwise, but leave it inside the cup
5. Inject the sample into the cartridge (almost full) to confirm that the experimental temperature is correct
6. Cover the pressure relief cover B, install the pressure relief shell, press the cover into place, confirm that the cover is online in the center of the cup body, and screw the swirl/spin handle A clockwise until the pressure relief
7. Leave the Pressure Density Cup and pattern on hold for 30 minutes to equilibrate the temperature
8. Hold the cup tightly and slowly turn the handle D clockwise until it is fully depressed, so that the internal pressure is increased to 10.3 bar, and the pressure relief shell should be pointed in the direction away from the user
9. Wash off all extruded patterns and effectively dry the outside of the cup
10. Re-weigh the cup and note the weight
11. Subtract the empty cup weight from the total weight and weigh the weight of the style
12. Take the cup completely apart and effectively remove all surfaces before drying or hardening the material
Notice
• Make sure the cup is completely clean and drying before operation
• Confirm that the experimental temperature is correct
• Pressure relief housing should be pointed away from the user
• Remove all surfaces before drying or hardening
