Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element and is driven by a fan that can operate continuously at high temperatures to form a hot air circulation system. The hot air flows evenly under the guidance of the air duct in the box, ensuring a uniform temperature distribution in the studio. The microcomputer intelligent PID control system precisely adjusts the deviation of the set temperature and the actual temperature to achieve stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed in the studio.
3. Close the box door and ensure that the silicone strip is well sealed.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Start the equipment, and the heating and blast system will start working.
6. You can check the status of internal items at any time through the observation window.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before taking out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the box.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
• When the equipment is running and just after the end, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, do not touch it directly, and use heat-insulating gloves when taking out items.
• When cleaning the liner, disconnect the power first until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Please check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition regularly to ensure the sealing effect.
• Do not use above the rated temperature of 250 ° C.
• If the device is not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
