Overview
LABO LB-KY60 pallet Compressive tester is used for the measurement of compressive strength performance of intermodal pallets, plastic pallets, paper flat pallets, plastic wood pallets and other products. The equipment fully meets the test requirements of various parameters specified in GB/T4996, GB/T4995, GB/T15234, ISO8611 standards. It has the functions of test data display, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing and printing test reports, and is easy to operate.

Principle
The device drives the precision ball screw pair through the servo motor, drives the upper pressure plate to move downward, and applies pressure to the tray sample placed on the lower pressure plate. The High Accuracy Force Sensor monitors and feeds back the force value in real time, and the computer measurement and control system collects and processes the data, automatically completes the compressive strength or stacking test, and displays the compressive Linear dispersion in real time.

Steps
Select the appropriate rigid loading block (300 × 300 × 25mm for plastic pallets, 200 × 200 × 25mm for other pallets) and loading head (50 × 50 × 1500mm) according to the type of pallet.
2. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
3. Set the test parameters through the computer measurement and control software system, such as test type (anti-pressure/stacking), pressure speed (anti-pressure test 10mm/min, stacking test 2mm/min), etc.
4. Start the device and automate the testing process.
5. After the test is completed, the software automatically analyzes the data and can view, store, and process the data statistically, and print the test report.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the components are firmly connected.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the lower platen to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
Do not exceed the maximum force of the device by 50KN (5000kg) for testing.
During the operation of the equipment, do not touch moving parts or samples.
Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
* When calibrating, the standard Sensor needs to be placed in the middle of the upper and lower pressure plates.
