Overview
Bevel Impact Tester is used to evaluate the Impact Strength of Encasement Parts and Unit Cargoes under Horizontal Impact and the ability of Encasement to protect the contents.
Features
1. The traditional inclined surface impact test system composed of a tray with wheels and a 10 ° inclined rail.
2. The tray can slide down the inclined track and hit the baffle to simulate the horizontal Impact.
3. Key components such as countertop size and impact baffle area can be customized according to user requirements.
Principle
During the test, the sample is placed on a tray perpendicular to the running direction. Depending on the desired impact speed, the tray is placed on the rail at a specific height from the baffle. After release, the tray slides down a 10 ° inclined track and finally hits the baffle to complete the impact test.
Applications
Impact Strength Assessment of Transport Encasement Parts, Impact Strength Assessment of Unit Cargo, Encasement Protection Ability of Contents
Standards
GB/T4857、GB/T 2423、ASTM D-775、ISTA
Steps
1. Place the test object on the tray to ensure that its surface is perpendicular to the direction in which the tray is running.
2. According to the required impact speed, place the tray at a specific position on the rail away from the baffle.
3. Release the tray and slide it down a 10 ° inclined track.
4. Pallet impact baffle, complete the impact test.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply is 220VAC and 50Hz before use.
• Note that the maximum impact load of the equipment is 1500kg, please do not overload it.
Equipment dimensions (7300mm × 2500mm × 2900mm), net weight 900Kg, installation and handling should pay attention to safety and space.
• Bench size and Impact baffle area can be customized according to user request.
