Overview
LABO LB-DL1000 Drop Tester is used to simulate the drop test of edges, corners and surfaces of product Encasement parts at different heights, so as to evaluate the fall height and Impact resistance of Encasement parts when they fall.
Features
1. The system uses a precision stepper motor to lift and position the measured Encasement, and the user can easily load the specimen and position it to the target height.
2. The controller has a built-in microprocessor, which can easily set the drop height, lift and position the bracket and Encasement, and provides the "automatic height reset" function, so that the user can automatically return the bracket to the set height after loading the specimen.
3. The display is used to display the current height and the set height, and all setting parameters are saved in the built-in memory.
Principle
The device is driven by a precision stepper motor to lift the tested Encasement to a preset drop height. After setting the parameters through the controller, the release mechanism causes the Encasement to fall freely, simulating the drop impact during actual transportation or handling to test its Impact resistance.

Steps
1. Load the specimen on the equipment carrier.
2. Set the required drop height through the controller.
3. The device automatically lifts the bracket to the set height.
4. Start the test and release the specimen for free drop.
5. After the test is completed, the "height automatic reset" function can be used to return the bracket to the set height for the next test.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 220VAC, 50Hz.
• The maximum test load is 100kg, please do not overload it.
The drop height range is between 300mm and 1000mm, and can be customized according to requirements.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid approaching the drop area when the equipment is running.
• Equipment dimensions are 1300mm X 1000mm X 130mm, net weight 250kg, please ensure that the installation ground is flat and stable.
