Paper tube compression tester (model: LB-ZG40/50) is suitable for all kinds of industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, plastic tubes Flat Crush Test, deformation detection.
Features
Using High Accuracy Force Value Sensor, factory accuracy control is < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.

Principle
The instrument drives the precision ball screw through a high-performance stepper motor to drive the stainless steel pressure plate to apply pressure to the sample. The High Accuracy Force Value Sensor measures the pressure value in real time, and the displacement Sensor measures the deformation. The test data is controlled and processed by the chip and displayed on the Chinese LCD screen, which can be output through the micro printer.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
2. Place the sample to be tested between the upper and lower pressure plates.
3. Set test parameters (such as pressurization speed) through the Chinese LCD screen interface.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes pressurization, data collection and processing.
5. After the test is completed, the test results can be output through the micro-printer.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC220V 50Hz.
• When placing the sample, make sure it is located in the center of the upper and lower platens.
Do not exceed the maximum force range of the instrument (0~ 4000N/0~ 5000N).
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure test accuracy.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench for use.
